We offer general training plans for people who want some structure and direction with their training but without committing to a coach. While the plans are less personalized by nature, they are exceptionally detailed, informative and comprehensive. We have programs for beginner racers right the way through to elite athletes.

Beginner Plans
For long term recreational riders who are new to racing or juniors wanting to take things more seriously. These are ideal for busy people with shorter weekday sessions. While the program is challenging, you won’t need a power meter or even a heart rate monitor. All sessions are based off a Rate of Perceived Effort system that is intuitive and easy to follow.
